Arcade Fire, Lady Gaga and Eminem have been confirmed to be performing at the first Youtube Awards. The event will be held on November 3 at Pier 36. Jason Schwartzman will handle the hosting duties, Spike Jonze will serve as the creative director of the event. The winners of the six awards handed out throughout the evening will be voted on by the Youtube users.
