Real Estate have decided to share a new demo titled ‘Blue Lebaron’ on their blog. The track is entirely instrumental and is probably being developed for what is going to be the band’s upcoming second album. Their self-titled debut album was released in late 2009 and they released a new single ‘Out of Tune’, last year. You can get the demo below.

I’ve seen similar post in other blog. I wonder how this guy come up with a Real Estate name for their band considering they were involve with music.
