Frankie Rose & the Outs have announced that they will be releasing their debut album on September 21, now to back up the release of the drummr for Vivian Girls, Cyrstal Stilts and Dum Dum Girls the band has announced some tour dates. Most of the tour dates are not very soon with except their show at the Rock Yard in Brooklyn on Saturday August 14, the next will be on September 15 which is a record release show at Glasslands in Brooklyn.
