The headliners of the festival had already been announced earlier this month. The rest of the line-up has been announced. Details previously posted about the are that it will occur on August 9 & 10 in Pimlico RAce Course located in Baltimore, Maryland. The bands playing on August 9 will be Bloc Party, Cat Power, Chuck Berry & the Siver Beats, Citizen Cope, Duffy, Foo Fighters, Gogol Bordello, Jack Johnson, KT Tunstall, Lupe Fiasco, Paramore, Rodrigo & Gabriela, Sharon Jons & the Dap Kings, The Swell Season, The Offspring, Wilco and in the Dance Tent: DJ Dan & Donald Glaude, Erol Alkan, Ferry Corsten, Soulwax, Steve Lawler, and Underworld. On August 10 Andrew Bird, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Black Keys, Bob Dylan, The Go! Team, Iggy & the Stooges, Kanye West, Lil’ Wayne, Nine Inch Nails, She & Him, Shudder to Think, Stone Temple Pilots, Taking Back Sunday, and in the Dance Tent: Armin Van Burren. Chromeo, Deadmau5, Moby (DJ Set), Rabbit in the Moon, and Richie Hawtin.
