Vampire Weekend have settled their lawsuit with the cover model from their 2010 album “Contra”. Kristen Kennis settled with Vampire Weekend and their label XL Recordings from an undiclosed amount. Photographer Todd Brody had given Vampire Weekend permission to use the polaroid but had forged the model’s signature on the agreement. Vampire Weekend and XL have also sued Brody saying he is responsible for any liability.
