
Bastard Lovechild of Rock n Roll are acid rock duo from Florida that have just released their debut EP titled “Bim Bom”. The EP features nine-songs in which the duo try to find the right balance between hard rock and psychadelia with touches of electronic all over. Surfer Blood have announced that they will be touring the UK and Ireland this March. The band recently signed to Warner Bros. and they will be relesaing their next release on the label. The brief tour will only consists of seven dates. You can see the tour dates below.

The art of the interarctive video seems to be taking off as the medium has transitioned from the television to the internet. The Arcade Fire took it to another level involving you childhood home, now Au Revoir Simone are causing you to revert to your childhood with their new interarctive video for ‘Knight of Wands’. In their new vidoe for the song which was directed by Eil Stonberg they let you color-in a scene while listening to the song before we finally see the trio perform the song for the video. The xx’s Jamie xx has remixed Gil Scott-Heron’s entire 2010 album “I’m New Here”. He remixed 13 tracks from the 15 track album, for now we get to hear Jamie xx’s remix of ‘New York Is Killing Me’ and the video that has been made for the song. A couple weeks ago his remix of ‘I’ll Take Care of You’ also hit the internet, you can listen to it below and watch the video. Noah and the Whale have announced the details for their third album titled “Last Night on Earth”. That’s all they have really announced from the new album which is set to be released next year. It was produced by Jason Lader and it was mostly recorded in Los Angeles and London. The album is set to feature ten songs and will be 33-minutes long. (Photo by Jon Bergman)

St. Louis’ Britches have released a five-song demo that is currently available on their bandcam page. The demo features plenty of experimental noise rock, which at time they even seem to be playing two songs at the same time. The songs are rough since they are demos but they have a dark tone brought to them by the almost dreary discordant guitars listen to ‘White Noise’. Of Montreal released their latest album “False Priest” back in September, the second track off the album ‘Our Riotous Defects’ featured Janelle Monáe. The album version of the song only features Monáe during the second half of the song now a new vesrion of the track has surfaced and it features Janelle Monáe more heavily on the song.
