Belle & Sebastian are currently touring the US and last night the band stopped by the set of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to perform a track from the album “Belle & Sebastian Write About Love”. The band performed with ?uestlove, with Stuart Murdoch dressed as a professor and even real students taking notes from his lecture as the band performed ‘Write About Love’. Japandroids are going to be releasing the third of their five 7″ vinyl singles, titled ‘Heavenward Grand Prix’. The single will feature a cover of PJ Harvey’s ‘Shame’, which I will assume is going to be noisy. The limited edition clear vinyl will only have 2000 pressings before it is just available digitally. Japandroids also have some tour dates coming up, their only New York date is in support of A Place to Bury Strangers on October 26 at Death by Audio.
