Ted Leo & the Pharmacists
I missed last week so I’m posting it right now. This cover by Ted Leo has been around since 2007 and I couldn’t get enough of it since the first time I heard it. Ted Leo took it upon himself to cover Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Since U Been Gone’ and add something else to it by incorporating Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ ‘Maps’ in the middle of the song. You can download the cover below.

If you’re into it, Sara Bareilles is one of my favorites and I’m so stoked for her album “Kaleidoscope Heart” out 9/7. Check out the video for “King of Anything” (1st single): http://bit.ly/saraking

Your taste in music sucks ass… unfortunately hypem brought this up under a search for yeah yeah yeahs and the fact that a band who i really enjoy like yeah yeah yeahs had someone butcher a song that i truly enjoy is quite.. depressing… this is the downfall of cheap recording equipment. The guys who should be left singing underneath trees on college campuses are actually afforded the ability to record these atrocious “works of art.” Give up blogging you’re not helping anyone.
