\Damon Albarn guest edied BBC Radio 4′s ‘Today Programme’. In it he called for an end to celebrity culture and called for an end to ‘The X Factor’. His opinion on what celebrity culture has become is: “I think it’s creating a mindset that suggests you can get something for nothing and that it’s easy to acquire status and fame. It should be one of the hardest things to do.” He also said that he wanted to get rid of 99 percent of all media. You can see his blog entry here
